Medium-Term Management Plan
We have formulated a new mid-term management plan covering the period from fiscal 2026 to fiscal 2030.
While solidifying the foundations of our mail-order and wholesale businesses, we will accelerate growth by entering new businesses aligned with the times, such as renewable energy and Web3.0 initiatives, which we have designated as growth areas.
Capital policy and shareholder return policy
Our basic policy and the most important management issue is to aim for stable and continuous dividends to our shareholders, and to improve our corporate competitiveness and shareholder value by expanding and effectively utilizing internal reserves. Currently, we are raising funds through allocation to third parties and issuing bonds to maintain internal reserves.
